How to Navigate The Little Ladder Store |

 Remembering the frustrations I experienced when first using the internet, the late hours and countless cups of coffee, I have tried to make my site navigation as "user friendly" as possible. At the top of the "Home" page you may click on any of the buttons (as shown above) to take you to product information and ordering pages, or you may scroll down and click on thumbnail pictures to also take you to product information and ordering pages. The "Little Giant Ladder Quick Facts" page will also lead you to the same product information and ordering pages, by clicking on the words highlighted in blue, or any picture framed in blue. After making your selections, just click on the "PayPal Add Item to Cart" button, and you will immediately be taken to your "Shopping Cart" where you can review your purchase, and change quantities if desired, or delete the item. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be back on the page you placed your order from. Please Note: If any link or picture fails to respond, or if the "Shopping Cart" window fails to open after clicking on "Add to Cart," just hold down the "Control" key in the lower left corner of your keyboard when clicking on "Add to Cart." This action will now allow your "click" to bypass any Pop-up Blocker that is preventing the window from opening. If you are using the new Internet Explorer 7 browser, click on your "Tools" button to set your pop-up stopper. At the bottom of each page, you will find the site logo  Click on it to go back to the home page, or on any of the links below it to go to other product pages. Using your "Back" button on your browser will take you to the last spot you were at on your previous page.   How Do I Pay for My Purchases?
Well, We're glad you asked!! We use PayPal as our credit card processor for on-line ordering, and whether or not you have a PayPal account, you may pay for your purchase using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. After you have made your selections, just click on the "Secure Checkout" button on the bottom of any product page, and you will be prompted by PayPal to answer "Yes" or "No" as to whether or not you have a PayPal account. By answering "No," you will be taken directly to the Credit Card processor, for safe, secure, on line ordering. If you are a PayPal member, just log in to your PayPal account to complete your order. Just fill in the necessary information (please include phone number, as shippers now require that for delivery of insured packages), click on the "Pay" button, and your credit card or PayPal account will automatically be charged for your purchase. When using PayPal to pay for any internet purchase, the vendor never sees your credit card acount number, for added security. You will receive an email receipt from PayPal for your purchase, and we receive your order by email--Instantly ! Amazing, isn't it?! After finishing "Check-Out" you will come back to a short questionaire that we respectfully ask you to fill out. The one item that that is important to us is whether or not your shipping address is a business or residence, as it does make a difference in shipping rates. Please provide. This information will not be shared with anyone else. Thank You ! The Little Ladder Store will also be happy to take your phone call for direct orders, paid by credit card. Mornings are the best time to place a phone order, (507-929-6933) and most "in stock" orders placed by 11:00 am, central time, will ship the same day. Just call, or drop us an email with your phone number, and we'll be pleased to call you back asap at our expense. If you do not have a PayPal account, and do not wish to use a credit card, just let us know by email what you want to order, and we will email back to you an itemized invoice for your records, which you can use to send to us a U.S. Postal Money Order, or a bank cashier's check. Upon receipt, we will immediately process and ship your Little Giant Ladder order. Just click test if you would like to "test" this process.  Now What Happens?
