Due to The Little Ladder Store being located right in the middle of a regional shipping company's territory, as shown below, we can offer 1-3 day service to North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, eastern Nebraska (and the indicated towns in western Nebraska), and to these zip codes of northern Illinois.  No Matter Where You Live in the 48 contiguous states, Receive Your Order In Less Time Than Others Take to Process! Not only will you receive immediate processing and insured shipping of any in-stock item at The Little Ladder Store, our nationwide shipper also gives us excellent delivery service from The Little Ladder Store's midwest location, with 2-4 day ground service to most east coast locations, and 3-5 day service to all other parts of the 48 contiguous states. A tracking link, via email, is automatically sent to the recipient at the time of shipping, so you can follow the delivery schedule of your items. A street address is required for all shipments, and a daytime business address is best if you have one, rather than a home address, unless there is someone usually home to receive delivery of your insured items. My shipping contract requires a contact phone number to help in the delivery of these valuable items. Please furnish where indicated at the time of checkout. For the "in stock" ladder models that we have at The Little Ladder Store, the shipping cost is included in the price listed, although any "special request" shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Normal ground shipping time from my midwest location is 2-5 business days, depending on final destination. Alaska and Hawaii orders are welcome; however, please email first for shipping quotes. Please include your street address in your email (not postal box).  All Little Giant products advertised on this site, if shipped from the Utah factory, are currently shipped prepaid direct to the customer. Wing Enterprises, Inc., will ship most Little Giant Ladder products by FedEx Ground, with the larger, and heavy items, such as the long scaffolds and Skyscraper ladders, by truck freight. "Free Shipping direct from the factory" is a valuable benefit, as the large shipping cartons used for the Little Giant Ladder Systems, scaffolds, and the SkyScraper series, all incur shipping surcharges due to the size and weight of the items, doubling or tripling the cost of shipping. The savings to you, the customer, are well worth the few extra days it may take to receive your order if shipped from the factory. Due to seasonal demand, items at the factory are sometimes are "out of stock" for a period of time. If this would be the case at the time of your order, we will immediately let you know, and cheerfully refund your purchase price should you desire. If you "need" an order shipped express to any state including Alaska and Hawaii, please email me for availability and a quote on any additional shipping charges. Include your zip code, and whether or not the shipping address is a daytime business address, or a home address. You can expect the additional charge to be a minimum of $45-$50, due to the size of the items.
